Serve as lead expert for Global Mobility systems administration activities including the international assignment PeopleSoft process analytical reporting, bi-weekly auditing, mass updates, training and issue resolution. Also accountable for leading a variety of Global Mobility initiatives by delivering internal consulting services such as being subject matter expert for Global Mobility systems and processes. The role is responsible for actioning Global Mobility policies and practices designed to ensure high quality management and analysis of HR data for international assignments. This role will provide support to the regional Global Mobility teams and to lead special projects as directed. This role is required to lead work activities in an independent, self-sufficient manner based on management's high-level guidance and support. Accountable to independently assess high-level business requirements in the context of overall Global Mobility policies, processes and systems, to develop recommended approaches, and to drive delivery of approved solutions. Also accountable to provide task and project leadership to other team members.
Team - Actively participate in all aspects of global mobility and contribute ideas and suggestions on process improvement, contribute to team strategy development and planning. Mentor other team members to develop expertise and capabilities across the group. Communication - Foster and maintain positive relationships with HR constituents and customer base. Collaborate with members of the Global Mobility team to ensure completeness of overall service delivery. Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills. Internal Groups Liaison - Serve as key team lead liaison with HR community on day to day Global Mobility Systems issues and project oriented requests.
