Overview:

The role is part of a global team that provides centralized expertise in Global Mobility management to the Human Resources and business community to enable them to operate effectively within a global environment. Serve as lead expert for Global Mobility systems administration activities including the international assignment PeopleSoft process analytical reporting, bi-weekly auditing, mass updates, training and issue resolution. Also accountable for leading a variety of Global Mobility initiatives by delivering internal consulting services such as being subject matter expert for Global Mobility systems and processes. The role is responsible for actioning Global Mobility policies and practices designed to ensure high quality management and analysis of HR data for international assignments. This role will provide support to the regional Global Mobility teams and to lead special projects as directed. This role is required to lead work activities in an independent, self-sufficient manner based on management's high-level guidance and support. Accountable to independently assess high-level business requirements in the context of overall Global Mobility policies, processes and systems, to develop recommended approaches, and to drive delivery of approved solutions. Also accountable to provide task and project leadership to other team members.

Reporting to Director Strategy and Programs, Global Mobility, the jobholder serves as a focal contact point and lead expert for delivery of day to day tasks related to support and training for core Global Mobility systems. Responsibilities include international assignment PeopleSoft process, issue resolution, responding to requests from the Global Mobility team and the HR community in a timely and accurate manner. Also accountable to provide subject matter expertise and leadership to the HR community on Global Mobility systems and processes and provide superior guidance on Global Mobility queries and analytics. This role is required to lead work activities in an independent, self-sufficient manner. Jobholder will work as lead subject matter expert as part of the Global Mobility team on global and regional projects under the direction of the Director Strategy and Programs, Global Mobility. Role will be accountable to lead projects as directed


Responsibilities:

Team - Actively participate in all aspects of global mobility and contribute ideas and suggestions on process improvement, contribute to team strategy development and planning. Mentor other team members to develop expertise and capabilities across the group.

Communication - Foster and maintain positive relationships with HR constituents and customer base. Collaborate with members of the Global Mobility team to ensure completeness of overall service delivery. Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.

Internal Groups Liaison - Serve as key team lead liaison with HR community on day to day Global Mobility Systems issues and project oriented requests.

  • Accountable for the IA PeopleSoft process
  • Accountable for auditing International Assignment PeopleSoft records on a frequent basis
  • Accountable for providing leadership to other team members in International Assignment PeopleSoft Process.
  • Serve as lead expert for Global Mobility Systems inquiries
  • Accountable to foster and maintain positive relationships with HR constituents and customer base and ensure effective interaction with HR community based on assigned responsibilities.
  • Accountable to design and deliver analytical reports pertaining to Global Mobility
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to HR community regarding the Global Mobility Systems processes.
  • Accountable to develop and deliver Global Mobility Systems training including International Assignment PeopleSoft process, Systems Form completion, and other business process/applications as directed by management.
  • Accountable to independently assess high-level business requirements in the context of overall Global Mobility, to develop recommended approaches, and to drive delivery of approved solutions.
  • Accountable to provide subject matter expertise and lead internal consulting services for special projects as directed by management.
  • Accountable to perform job in an independent, self sufficient manner based on direction from management

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 years experience of PeopleSoft HR/Payroll
  • Proven ability to lead others
  • Excellent query and reporting analytical skills
  • Proven experience delivering training and processes
  • Demonstrate analytical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Accuracy and ability to handle detailed information
  • Ability to work confidentially with sensitive data
