Mortgage Strategic Partnerships Relationship Manager/JV Development

Within our Strategic Partnerships Group, our Relationship Manager will expertly prospect, develop, and manage mortgage-focused strategic partnerships with real estate firms, home builders, community banks, credit unions and other financial institutions. The objective is to create formalized Affiliated Business Arrangements (ABAs): serparate and effective business entitities in which both parties have a financial stake.

Ideal for the professional who is well regarded within the mortgage sector, this leadership position offers high visibility within PNC, develops external relationships at the executive level, travels, and assumes P&L responsibility for newly developed entities.

Qualifications Desired:

• 10 plus years relevant experience with a strong track record of developing new business and managing client relationships
  
  
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and actual experience developing mortgage joint ventures with real estate companies, home builders and financial institutions is highly desired.
  
  
• Proven ability to function well in a collaborative environment and inspire a strong sense of camaraderie, accountability, and high performance across teams.
